Our Programs & Classes
Students and enthusiasts of Karate have many reasons for their interest in this and other martial art styles. Some are drawn to the physical fitness and weight-loss aspects of training. Others seek to add discipline and self- control to their lives. Still others are concerned about safety and self-defense.

Pee Wee Karate Classes
Designed for children 3 1/2 - 5 years of age. The concentration is on basic skills such as following directions, balance, working with others, and basic punches and kicks... all while having FUN!

Junior Karate Classes
Children ages 6 - 12 are instructed in a traditional Isshinryu manner. Responsibility, discipline and self-cofidence are instilled while learning to defend themselves and master the moves in kata.

Teen / Adult Karate
Classes are instructed at a higher intensity, focusing on similar skills as the junior class, but with more attention to detail. Traditial Isshinryu, basic Judo, and ground fighting are also part of the curriculum.

Yoga
Improve circulation, stimulate the abdominal organs, and put pressure on the glandular system of the body, which can generally results in better health. In Yoga, students gain breathing control as they slowly increase their breathing efficiency.

Tai Chi
Tai Chi Classs are held on Thursday evenings at 6:00. Class size is limited so call for availability.
