Programs We Offer

Karate

We have classes for kids and Adults.
Kids classes start at 5:30pm Monday -Thursday and 10:00am on Saturdays.
Adult Classes are at 7:30pm Monday, Tuesday and Thursday with a mixed class every Wednesdy at 6:30pm and Saturday at 10:00am.
Come join us and get in shape while learning to protect yourself and your family.

Gym Facility

Work out anytime with our 24/7 access system. Make the most of our brand new state-of-the-art equipment Nautilus, free weights, treadmills and more.

Yoga

Improve your flexibility.
Yoga is a great no impact way to excersise and help you to feel great.
